TikTok Feta Pasta!

Have you wanted to try the new TikTok pasta, but couldn’t because of veganism or dairy intolerance? Look no further, because I veganized it.


Ingredients:

  • 2 pt. Cherry Tomatoes

  • 4 cloves of garlic, halved

  • ½ cup of extra-virgin olive oil

  • Kosher salt, to liking

  • 1 block of Violife Just Like Feta

  • ½ teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes

  • Freshly ground black pepper, to liking

  • 12oz of banza penne pasta, or 1 box

  • Fresh basil leaves, to liking


Preparation Time:

This recipe should take about ten minutes to prepare and forty minutes considering cooking time.


Servings and Calories:

This recipe makes six servings, each containing an estimated 403 calories per serving. The calorie content will vary depending on the ingredients and products used.


Directions:

Step 1. Preheat your oven to 400° F and spray your 9x13’’ pan.



Step 2. In your 9x13’’ pan, place the Just Like Feta Block in the center, surrounded by your cherry tomatoes, and sprinkled with salt, garlic, and pepper. Pour your olive oil throughout the dish and sprinkle with red pepper flakes.



Step 3. Bake your Feta Pasta for forty minutes, until the tomatoes soften.



Step 4. In a large pot, raise your banza penne pasta/pasta of choice to a boil. The pasta should take about twelve to fifteen minutes until al dente. Save some of your pasta water and drain the pasta.



Step 5. Mash the softened feta sauce and stir in your pasta. Incrementally add pasta water for flavor. Season and adjust your pasta to your liking.



Step 6. Cool the pasta before serving and enjoy!
