½ cup of vegan cheese shreds (I used Viola, but select by your preference)

Directions:
Step 1. Begin by rinsing your potatoes. Thoroughly pierce holes in each. Then, either in an air fryer or oven, bake your potatoes for 20-30 minutes.
Step 2. Allow potatoes to cool for 5 minutes. Then, scoop out the center of each potato, leaving a ¼ inch thick layer from its skin.
Step 3. Add as much cheese as you’d like. Feel free to sample different kinds of cheese, but shreds work best.
