Protein Banana Pancakes!

Ingredients:

  • 2 Scoops of Orgain Superfoods Vanilla/Chocolate Protein Powder

  • ⅔ cup of plant-based milk

  • 1 large ripe bananas

  • ⅛ teaspoon of cinnamon, ¼ teaspoon of salt & baking powder

  • 4 teaspoons of your vegan egg substitute

  • 1.5 Tablespoons of Almond Oil


Preparation Time:

10 minutes to prepare the ingredients and about 15 minutes in combination with a skillet cooking.


Servings and Calories: There are 191.5 calories for one serving of Protein Banana Pancakes. The recipe makes two servings of pancakes.


Directions:

Step 1: Activate the vegan eggs. Begin by mixing the water with the powder solution until it becomes fluffy.



Step 2: Combine the dry ingredients into a medium mixing bowl.


Step 3: Gently fold the vegan egg mixture into the dry ingredients bowl. The mixture should be somewhat runny and fluffy.



Step 4: Let the pancake mixture sit for ten minutes.


Step 5: Grab a skillet of choice, and lather in almond oil. Raise your skillet to low/medium heat and pour the pancake mixture. Cook to your liking. Enjoy!
