No-Bake Energy Bites!

If you are looking for a healthy, bite-size morning pick-me-up, look no further!


Ingredients:

  • 1 cup of Rolled Oats

  • 1 Cup of Vegan-Friendly Peanut Butter (PB Fit!)

  • 1 Teaspoon of Chia Seeds

  • ½ Cup of Ground Flax-Seed

  • 1 teaspoon of Vanilla Extract

  • ½ Cup of Dark-Chocolate Chips


Preparation Time: This recipe takes 5 minutes to prepare, then cooling in the refrigerator for thirty minutes, and storage.


Servings and Calories: This recipe makes twenty energy balls. Each energy ball has 69.14 calories.


Directions:

Step 1. Mix all of the ingredients together in a large mixing bowl.



Step 2. Form the mixture into bite-sized balls.



Step 3. Cool the Energy Bites on parchment in your refrigerator for thirty minutes for optimal texture. Leave the Energy Bites in the fridge to stay fresh. Enjoy!
