My sister, Kara, makes the best vegan grilled cheeZe. She spills her recipe here.
Ingredients:
2 slices of sourdough bread
2 tablespoons of butter
Two-type vegan cheese: ¼ cup of vegan mozzarella / ¼ cup of vegan cheddar
Preparation Time:
This recipe should take no more than 10 minutes to prepare and cook.

Directions:
Step 1. Raise your skillet to medium heat and lightly butter the pan. You have the choice of doing this or buttering each side of your slice.
Step 2. In equal parts, add ½ of your vegan mozzarella to one side and ½ of your vegan cheddar too. The cheese should be equally distributed to both sides while they are cooking.
Step 3. For an extra crispy sandwich, add more butter and look for bubbling beneath the slices. This means it is time to add one side onto another. When stacking the slices, use the skillet cover to build moisture.
Step 4. When the cheese is entirely melted or you feel it has taken the course, slice down the middle and enjoy!
