Suppose you are looking for a sweet, carbohydrate-packed breakfast look no further than this recipe! In fact, this is one of my favorite recipes (plus vegan whipped cream)!
Ingredients:
One ripe banana (medium)
Two teaspoons of chia seeds (may limit if you’d like)
½ cup of almond milk
½ cup of rolled oats
Two teaspoons of water
One teaspoon of cinnamon (optional)
Preparation Time:
This recipe should take 5 minutes to prepare and 2:00 minutes to cook.

This recipe prepares one serving of Creamy Banana Oatmeal. One serving of Creamy Banana Oatmeal contains 290.0 estimated calories.
Directions:
Step 1. Mash your bananas. Mix in all additional ingredients.
Step 2. Add to microwave for 1:30 minutes. Be sure to keep watch; you don’t want it to spill over! Once done, mix thoroughly.
Step 3. Add once again to microwave for 30 seconds. Then, you are done!
Step 4. Be sure to cool your oatmeal and enjoy!
