Cookie Dough Baked Oats!

If you are looking for a healthy way to start your morning, consider trying our sweet, savory cookie dough oats!


Ingredients:

  • 1 cup of plant-based milk (I use Elmhurst’s Natural-Flavor free)

  • 1 scoop of MNM Vanilla Protein Powder

  • 2 tablespoons of vegan chocolate chips

  • ¾ cup of rolled oats (or “old-fashioned”)

  • 1 teaspoon of baking powder


Preparation Time:

This recipe should take no more than 15 minutes. This does not include the ten minutes for the oatmeal to bake.


Servings and Calories:

This recipe prepares 1 serving of oats, each serving contains 570 calories.


Directions:

Step 1. Preheat your oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.



Step 2. Begin combining all ingredients in a small mixing bowl. This does not include chocolate chips. You should have a soupy and thick consistency.


Step 3. In a food processor or stand mixer, combine the mixture until the oats grind to a powder.



Step 4. Lightly grease or spray your ramekin (oatmeal bowl) and fill the oat mixture ¾ up the bowl. Sprinkle with chocolate chips to your liking.



Step 5. Bake the oatmeal for ten-to-fifteen minutes at 350 degrees Fahrenheit.


Step 6. Cool the oatmeal before serving and enjoy!
