5-Minute Vanilla Mug Cakes!

If you are looking for a super quick, non-complex recipe to satisfy your sweet tooth, look no further! Did I mention it’s a single serving?!


Ingredients:

  • 2 Tablespoons of Bone-Char Free Granulated Sugar

  • 1 Tablespoon of Plant-Based Milk

  • 2.5 Tablespoons of Whole Wheat Flour

  • 1 teaspoon of Vanilla Extract

  • 1 Tablespoon of Ground Flaxseed Meal

  • 3 Tablespoons of Water

  • 1 teaspoon of Baking Powder


Preparation Time:

This recipe should take no more than 5 minutes. This does not include the two minutes for the mug cake to cook.


Servings and Calories:

This recipe prepares 1 serving of Vanilla Mug Cakes. One serving of Vanilla Mug Cakes contains an estimated 239 calories.


Directions:

Step 1. Begin by activating your flax egg! Mix one tablespoon of ground flaxseed meal with three tablespoons and chill for fifteen minutes in the refrigerator, until thickened.



Step 2. Combine all wet and dry ingredients listed above into your small ramekin (pastry dish). If the mixture is too tough, add more plant-based milk!



Step 3. Microwave your mixture for one minute and thirty seconds or bake at 350° F for no more than three minutes.



Step 4. Cool and enjoy this mug cake! This recipe is one of Jessica’s favorites.
